This letter is a recommendation for Robert Hallam Church Security Training services. Bob has served on the staff of Cornerstone Church as Associate Pastor/ Senior Associate Pastor for the past 11 years. The world has changed a great deal over the past few years and church security has come to the forefront as not only a good idea; but an absolute necessity. Bob has been responsible for overseeing our Alert Team and security strategies over the last several years. There is no doubt that Cornerstone Church is far ahead of the curve in our security strategies and in the training and equipping of our Alert Team. Bob has put together a truly elite Team of Law Enforcement Officers and Martial Arts Experts that form as well as train our team. During these years, Bob himself has become an expert and certified trainer in Krav Maga; a very practical and effective form of hand to hand combat that is used by the Israeli Military in the training of their forces.
Every church needs a well trained Alert Team and Bob Hallam is uniquely qualified to come along side any Pastor and Church Team in order to provide security assessments and training to help each church detect and deter those who would try to do harm to the church, leaders or members. Being prepared by definition means that we don’t wait for something tragic to happen; we must be proactive to prevent such occurrences in any way possible.
